Designed for women who are ready to stop running on empty and return to real life with the tools to stay grounded in it. Over seven days in the Costa Rican jungle you will move, breathe, rest, explore, and reflect — leaving with more than memories. You’ll leave with a toolkit you can actually use when real life comes back around.

Each morning begins with yoga and pranayama breathwork — drawing from a variety of techniques to gently wake up the body, regulate the nervous system, and set a grounded tone for the day. We’ll sit with meditation and on select evenings gather for chanting, using the power of sound and voice to dissolve the walls we unknowingly build around ourselves. All practices held in English.
Woven throughout the week we’ll draw from the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras — teachings that have stood the test of time not because they belong to any religion, but because they speak to something universally human. Practical tools for understanding your own mind, reclaiming your power, and learning how to keep it. Wisdom you can use on a Tuesday when life feels like too much. Journals provided and yours to keep.
What we’ll do together
Six days of intentional living
Daily morning practice drawing from multiple breathwork techniques to wake the body and regulate your nervous system.
Ancient wisdom in English — practical tools for understanding the mind, reclaiming your power, and learning how to keep it.
Sound and stillness to dissolve the walls we build around ourselves. Select evening sessions to go deeper.
Guided prompts to ask the questions you’ve been too busy to sit with. Your journal is provided and yours to keep.
Full day on the water — snorkeling, dolphins, prime whale season, and a secluded beach lunch. Included with 7 signups.
Private waterfalls, jungle trails, hammocks, and an infinity pool at sunset. Time that is fully, completely yours.

The adventure day
Caño Island Biological Reserve
February is prime whale season on the Pacific coast. We’ll spend a full day on a boat headed to one of the most biodiverse marine sanctuaries in all of Costa Rica — dolphins are almost a guarantee on the ride out.
Two guided snorkeling sessions in crystal-clear water with visibility reaching 60–80 feet — surrounded by sea turtles, manta rays, reef sharks, and vibrant coral reefs. Afterward, a picnic lunch on a secluded beach. This is the kind of day people talk about for years.

We limit this retreat to 8 women intentionally. Not because the space can’t hold more — it can — but because the work we do together requires room to breathe. Room to be honest. Room to be witnessed.
Over the past three years, the women who have come to Costa Rica have left as something more than travel companions. They leave as a community. And that starts with keeping it small.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance may be paid in full or through a monthly payment plan of $188–$330 per month over up to 8 months.
