Meet the Owner, Chelsea Vona

Movement has always been a part of my life.

After spending 15 years as a competitive dancer, I found yoga and quickly realized it was so much more than physical exercise. Yoga helped me reconnect with myself during seasons when I felt lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply not like myself. It taught me how to move through life's challenges with a little more grace, awareness, and compassion.

Today, I teach yoga, barre, and sculpt classes with the belief that movement should be accessible, empowering, and sustainable. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply take an hour for yourself, you belong here.

For over 11 years, I've been teaching and studying movement, holding certifications in yoga, barre, and fitness. My classes blend creative movement, functional strength, mindfulness, and a healthy dose of humor. You'll be challenged, supported, and reminded that perfection has never been the goal.

At Discover Yoga, my mission is simple: to create a community-centered space where people feel seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are.

Because the truth is, we all go through seasons where we don't quite feel like ourselves. Life gets heavy. Stress builds. We lose touch with our bodies, our confidence, or our sense of connection. I've been there too.

Discover Yoga was built to be more than a fitness studio. It's a place to return to yourself. A place to move, breathe, heal, grow, and connect with others who understand that wellness isn't about being perfect—it's about continuing to show up.
